The Ruger PC Carbine, is a semi-automatic, blowback operated, pistol caliber carbine manufactured by Sturm, Ruger & Co., chambered in the 9x19 Parabellum, and 40 S&W cartridges. The PC Carbine is based on the original Police Carbine produced in 1996, which was discontinued in 2007.
